Shipping
We currently offer domestic shipping to the US.

1. Production Time: Each personalized item is made-to-order just for you. Please allow 5-10 business days for your custom product to be created before it ships. Production times may vary slightly during peak seasons.
2. Shipping Costs & Methods: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's specific products, weight, and your delivery address. We offer various shipping options to fit your needs, including both domestic and international services. You'll see the exact cost before you finalize your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Time (after production): Domestic (US): 3-7 business days International: 7-21 business days (delivery times may vary based on customs and local postal services)
3. Replacements for Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for personalized items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there's an error on our part in the customization.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to provide a replacement. Please notify us and provide photographic or video evidence within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to provide replacements for customer-entered typographical errors or design mistakes.

Personalization
Personalization is available on many of our products. Each product will have the necessary personalization boxes so we can create your one of a kind product. Personalization can include but not limited to Names, dates, photos, and numbers.
